Moreish had the honor of being a part of The House of MG, one of Ahmedabad’s most iconic heritage hotels, for a special Amritsari Food Festival. Invited by curator Anil Mulchandani, Mridu took on the role of Head Chef for the pop-up event, curating, cooking and managing the entire menu. The festival was a celebration of authentic Amritsari flavors, thoughtfully reimagined and brought to life with Moreish’s signature touch of freshness and soul.
